As a “Hamburger Deern”, I was born and raised here in Hamburg. I love the water and enjoy spending time on Hamburg’s Elbe, but I also find trips to the North Sea and Baltic Sea a balm for the soul.
There were ups and downs in my life too. Sometimes it wasn’t easy and the more I struggled, the more everything slipped away from me. I had to understand a lot of what was happening in my life in context before I could change things.
I felt like I was swimming, I felt helpless, lonely and worried about sinking under the weight.
But then many things changed and I picked up speed. My husband and I became parents to two wonderful children who enrich our lives and turn them upside down in equal measure. I decided to try and do something that would also fulfill me professionally. So I studied and became a non-medical practitioner for psychotherapy.
In order to be able to really support people on their path, I completed a two-year course in integrative psychotherapy (IPT).
I am very proud to have taken this path and I am lucky to have a job that really fulfills me.
If you feel like you are swimming and need support, we can set an anchor and see how we can achieve your goals together so that you too can set sail and pick up speed in your life.
Grief and loss are very strong feelings that are very diverse and can occur in very different areas of life. For example, you may feel a sense of loss because you have lost someone important to you. A relationship that is important to you no longer exists. Your work situation has changed. Nothing is as it was before and you feel a great loss within yourself.
Grief and loss are present in your life. You want to understand these feelings and learn how to deal with them so that you can continue on your path strengthened.
Relationships exist in all areas of life. In a partnership, with friends, with colleagues and of course, within the family. Tensions or difficulties often arise sooner or later in one of these areas. If you have the feeling that you don’t feel understood in your partnership or that the same stressful situations occur again and again in your family, let’s look together at what lies behind these feelings and relationships and how the tensions or conflicts can be resolved.
It’s all too much right now. You feel empty and have the feeling of being stuck. Maybe the past is catching up with you and you feel anxious.
You don’t know what to do next and feel helpless.
You are unique! You have your very own needs and that‘s a good thing. In integrative psychotherapy, I work with a variety of different methods of therapy. This gives me the opportunity to offer you the support you need in that particular moment.
The first meeting is free of charge (online meeting is possible).
The price per session (50 minutes) is 85 Euro.
